Whatsapp Status Advert
It’s no longer news that business enterprises have relocated from their last known physical addresses to their virtual addresses including WhatsApp status, Facebook and LinkedIn pages, Twitter and so on.
This no doubt has innumerable advantages. However, as good as it is to be on virtual spaces, it is better to know the guiding laws and play the game according to the rule. When I see various adverts on social media, I can’t but think of the business owners: do they understand the legal implications of this (these) post(s)?
An advert can have different legal implications ranging from copyright issues to contractual disputes to criminal elements and so on. This no doubt is the more reason why you should work with your Counsel and be well guided and protected like our clients.
